I am currently working with Hindustan Unilever Limited in the Supply Chain and Operations Planning team; offered to me as an outcome of my PPO for my performance during the internship with the organization. My keen interest in the area of Marketing combined with a passion for the pen has led me to writing guest articles with ETBrandEquity that helps me keep myself updated with the field.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Majors in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Minors in Finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
I have previously worked as a Senior Manager with Tata Motors (Pune) with Productivity & Business Process Excellence department for 32 months. My key focus area involved working with cross functional teams PAN India pertaining to the areas of Sales, Service, Customer Excellence, Planning and Plant operations.
I am a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. Here I have taken up positions of responsibility as Logistics Head with Society of Automotive Engineers, Thapar Chapter and Training Coordinator with the Centre of Training and Development.
As a person, I am methodical, result oriented with sound technical knowledge and process driven approach. I also try to engage proactively in social work related to providing education, nutritious food to underprivileged sections of the society. I wrote a book "Ringing the Bell" with the vision of spreading civic awareness. I believe in the idea of continuous development with the vision of sustainable growth.
