Over 22 years of experience, performing multiple roles with organizations that are the leading CX & technology solutions providers.
My current role involves procurement & strategic sourcing in high enterprise spend categories in India, EMEA and LTAM countries, where I am responsible for category management with spend in excess of USD 20 Mn annually, developing sourcing strategies, managing RFPs/RFIs, supplier negotiations, contract management, procure to pay life cycle management, supplier relationship management, exploring cost reduction & saving opportunities, performing spend analysis, developing & refining procurement policies & compliances, while working closely with multiple functions, stake holders and senior leaders. I have a working knowledge of various industry leading tools such as Coupa, Emptoris, COLT, CAAPS, and several bidding applications used on SaaS model.
In my earlier assignments, I have been responsible for managing operations seamlessly in the outsourced service delivery space for some of the world's leading brands, managing large teams in complex accounts across multiple industry verticals, ensuring delivery on client SLAs as well as meeting internal P&L targets, while front-ending and developing healthy client relationships.
