The Chris Canty Foundation

Our Mission The Chris Canty Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the total development of youth in our communities. Our goal is to utilize the platform of sports to affect positive change in the lives of children through mentoring, educational programs, and physical activities thus promoting health and well being. We seek to inspire our youth to be in service to our communities and our communities to be in service to our youth by providing support to these initiatives. Who We Help The Chris Canty Foundation is about giving back. Through your donations we are able to provide and support programs for youth of all ages and backgrounds. As a philanthropic organization, we identify organizations within communities of need that are in line with our mission and where we believe we can collectively make an impact. We rely on research and grass roots efforts with partners to develop solutions that will meet the short term and long term needs of youth in our communities. How We Help The Chris Canty Foundation works to enhance the total development of youth by working with families and neighborhood programs synergistically to provide avenues for children to develop their talents and gifts. We believe that creating an environment in which each child receives personal attention and support fosters a sense of value and self-confidence. It is our hope that by establishing high expectations for children, they will aspire to become true champions in life.

Old Dovorian Club

The Old Dovorian Club, is your global network and life long connection to Dover College. The objective of the Club is to maintain contact between past, present and future pupils of Dover College, through fostering friendships amongst its members, and the wider College community. The Old Dovorian Club is a club of former pupils past members of staff who attended Dover College. The Old Dovorian Club also supports a number of different Club groups and Club activities, which are there for the benefit of its members. The Club fields a number of sports teams to play against the College throughout the year, this is in addition to hosting its annual drinks party in mid-January at the RAF Club in Piccadilly, as well as organising a number of other formal and informal gatherings throughout the year. To help keep its members informed of what is happening at the College, as well as Club news, activities and members' news, the Old Dovorian Club issues a news publication called the 'Dovorian News'. This publication comes out in June and December and is emailed out to all of its members, as well as being published on the Club's digital platforms. As part of the Club's communication strategy, the Club also runs a number of social media platforms, all of which are supported by direct emailing and the Club's website. The purpose of this is to keep its members connected with each other, as well as to the College.

Save Cows India Charitable Trust

The Broad objectives of SCICT are as follows: - a) the protection of Indian breeds of cows, which are getting extinct by way of indiscriminate artificial insemination from jersey bulls and hybrid breeds. b) Self-sustaining model for Gaushalas, without being dependent on donations and fundings. Helping deliver pure A2 milk to the people at economical prices. c) Making good use of cowdung and cow urine, and reduce wastage of the same, by way of additional Gobar Gas Plants etc. d) Creating awareness about mass cow slaughter and thereby milk adulteration, due to lesser cows available to support such a huge population. e) Raising Individual and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds to serve the above causes.

Tree of Hope Association

The Tree of Hope Association, formerly known as Avery Road Alumni Association, is an organization that is focused on strengthening the roots of recovery. We invite everyone that supports the recovery community to join us in fighting stigma and putting recovery to work. Connecting people to services, building their self esteem and assisting them in getting proper employment skills, are our primary focus. We offer valuable life skills, workshops and services, such as self esteem workshops, peer intervention, and workforce development, that help our members transition to becoming productive members of society.
