The Women's Business Leadership Center is committed to cultivating confident and capable young girls and women setting and achieving high goals on their paths to college and careers. Education and Achievement We are a center without boundaries, and our initiatives include: • Generous new scholarships for girls and women • An engaging annual Women's Leadership Conference • Exciting Leadership Academies for girls in various areas in Arkansas • Improved opportunities for internships for women • Distinguished guest speakers throughout the year • Encouragement and support of research about women and leadership Mentorship & Caring We will provide opportunities for mentoring from junior high through career, including: • A unique, structured Step Up, Reach Back mentoring program and training and support. • Peer to peer mentoring opportunities • Near peer mentoring • Group mentoring and networking • Reverse mentoring • Virtual mentoring Partnering & Collaboration We have began the process of partnering and collaboration, and we will continue expanding our list of partners and friends. Evolve Sprouts

I created Evolve Sprouts because I needed what many of you crave: a village. When I first embraced Montessori, I felt isolated. My parenting choices didn’t align with the “norm”—no rewards charts, no time-outs, no rushing milestones. People around me didn’t understand why I’d “waste time” letting my toddler pour her own cereal or walk slowly to explore ants on the sidewalk. But here’s what I learned: Doing things differently is HARD. It’s hard to drown out the noise of comparisons. It’s hard to trust your instincts when the world says, “Hurry up!” It’s hard to find space for calm in Hong Kong’s relentless pace. That’s why Evolve Sprouts isn’t just about workshops—it’s about building a community for parents like you and me. Our workshops are designed by a parent, for parents. I know the exhaustion of juggling work, household chaos, and the pressure to “get it right.” I know the guilt of snapping at your child after a long day. I know the loneliness of feeling like no one “gets” your choices. Here, you’ll find: Training Course for your Auntie: Ensure your children grow up with your values and principles—train your auntie with our specialised course for Hong Kong parents. Practical Tools: Like how to create a Montessori-inspired home (even in a 500 sq. ft. apartment!), or real-life scripts on how to handle a difficult situation. Emotional Support: A safe space to share struggles without judgment. Shared Learning: Stories from parents who’ve walked this path—messy moments and all.
