Olivastri winery was founded in 2000, aimed from Tommaso's great passion and ancient knowledges inherited from two generations of vine growers before him: father Antonio and grandfather Tommaso. The 15 hectares of vineyards of our family are stretched between the hill and the sea in San Vito Chietino, a small town in the heart of the Costa dei Trabocchi, 2 km far from the Adriatic sea with protective Majella Mountain 40 km behind us. Soils and microclimates with unique characteristics gives us grapes and wines with peculiar profiles. We cultivate and bottle exclusively the ancient native grape varieties of Abruzzo: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino, Trebbiano, Passerina and Cococciola. Our family follows first hand the entire production chain, from the vines to the bottle, firmly believing in the idea that "good wine is made in vineyard", and this conviction is the soul of all our operational choices both in vineyard as in winery. The vinified grapes are the result of patient care and careful quality research, with respect for methods and times of nature. Our goal as winemakers is to naturally preserve the peculiar identity characters by choosing the best production protocols for each different grape variety. From our vineyards, we want to have wines of sincere quality, genuinely expressing the individual varietal identities and the peculiarities of our territory, which is so bond and represented in the profile of our wines.

La storia di VNA inizia a scriverla Uberto Fiori quando nel 1982 decide di acquistare alcune terre con annessa cantina, nei pressi di Torrazza Coste, nell'Oltrepò Pavese in Lombardia con il nome Colle Fiori. Non sarà lui però a guidarla in prima persona bensì un fattore a cui affida l'intera attività: vengono prodotti vini solo per una cerchia ristretta di persone. Nel 2015 i figli Alessandro e Federico, nel frattempo appassionatisi al mondo del vino, decidono di prendere in mano l'attività in prima persona occupandosi direttamente della produzione vinicola in cantina. Lo fanno in maniera innovativa e soprattutto adoperando un'agricoltura sana nel rispetto della terra in cui vivono e in cui sono in armonia con i ritmi naturali. Tutti i tralci sono rinnovati, l'inerbimento è naturale, le concimazioni sono contenute e, ovviamente, a base organica. Nasce cosi l'avventura VNA.

Colle Petrito is a young, dynamic and family-run winery. The winery is currently managed by the founding members and the second generation which, next to the first, carries out a great design : to raise awareness of history and quality of Apulian wines all over the world. The Winery produces , transforms and bottles with respect for nature and local traditions; these two details represent the backbone of the winery. Research, development and all the professional figures that work with Colle Petrito, allow to guarantee a final product of excellence quality as demonstrated by the numerous awards obtained in national and international wine competitions and to satisfy all market demands. We take care of each phase, from the growth of the plant to the logistic: nothing is left to change. Colle Petrito is an Italian winery located in the heart of Apulia, in an anciet village called Minervino Murge, but also known as "The balcony of Apulia". The landscape has a strong visual impact : at the top of a hill overlooking an area rich with history and nature; a few kilometers from the sea , near the Volcano Vulture and the well-known Castel Del Monte and in the middle of the National park of Alta Murgia. The company is committed to produce quality wines, paying attention to each stage: from the growth of the plant, the harvest period, up to the bottling phase. The owner of Colle Petrito, Mr Antonio Bellini, and the winemaker, personally take care of the selection of the grapes in order to ensure a raw material of excellent quality.
