Established in 1992, Dina Foods is one of the UK’s leading artisan producers of specialist Mediterranean foods, which include a range of authentic flatbreads, confectionery and savouries. We combine a heritage steeped in Mediterranean traditions and family recipes, with a strong focus on using only the finest ingredients and a commitment to product innovation. Having grown from a small family-run business, we have become a market leader supplying national and international customers. We are committed to producing the finest quality products. This is the core principle which has guided our business since 1992 and which continues to drive us in our success today. ~Bakery Our wide range of traditional Mediterranean flatbreads are baked in stone ovens to provide authentic, artisanal goods. Our ethos is to create healthy flatbreads according to time-honoured recipes which are naturally low in salt and contain no additives or colouring. Using traditional recipes and with our bespoke production equipment, we produce a wide selection of pitta breads, classic Mediterranean flatbreads (like khobez and our trademarked Paninette range), as well as a selection of Asian inspired breads. ~Savoury The Haddad brothers are credited with establishing London’s leading Lebanese restaurant in the 1980s and have carried through to Dina Foods their original recipes for these mouth-watering Mediterranean savouries and dips. We use the freshest ingredients to create appetising and much-loved savoury products, including houmous, kibbe, falafel and much more. ~Confectionery Our premium range of traditional Baklawa is made using carefully selected ingredients and contains no artificial colourings or palm oil. Each handcrafted piece of Baklawa is made of layers of paper-thin filo pastry around a generous mix of crushed selected nuts and ground spices enriched with syrup. The New Product Development team has created truly unique products, including our Dinalicious Dates range and Filo Delights.

Forthglade Natural Pet Food

Frustrated by the lack of good quality natural pet food, Forthglade was established in 1971 by a small team of Devon pet owners who developed a range of naturally nutritious meals packed with wholesome ingredients and absolutely no nasties. The pet owning manufacturers were soon recognised as UK pioneers in the production of natural wet pet foods. Fast forward to 2024 and our Devon roots remain at the heart of Forthglade. Home is now a state-of-the-art factory designed specifically for us on the edge of Dartmoor National Park that opened in 2018. We continue to use local and UK sourced ingredients for our dog food ranges and our team remains passionate about producing delicious natural recipes with no junk or fillers.

Alara Wholefoods

You told us you wanted great taste, good stuff for your body and the planet looked after. Here it is. Delicious, sustainable, organic Alara. We think it is how food should be. Alara’s focus has always been on clean, healthy food. In 1988, Alara was licensed by the Soil Association to produce the first Organic certified cereal in the world. Dealing with gluten-containing ingredients made it clear that this type of food causes health problems for some people. Wanting to serve those with sensitivity to gluten, Alara became the first company to be licensed by the Coeliac Society in 1996 to produce gluten-free cereals. By 2018, we had started using home compostable packaging and we’re presently challenging ourselves daily to be the ‘Most Sustainable Food Manufacturer on Earth’.

Johnston & Jeff Ltd

At Johnston & Jeff, we manufacture the finest bird seed and produce fantastic products in our own Woodshop. We are a family owned company with 5 generations of Johnston having worked for the business. The present Managing Director is Richard Johnston, great-grandson of the first Johnston. The company was established all the way back in 1880, and whilst we cherish our history we also look to what the future may hold.
