Set in a beautiful Cotswold valley near Tetbury, the mill in Shipton Moyne Wood has been producing flour since the time of the Domesday Book. Today it produces a wide variety of speciality flours, using both traditional grain and traditional methods. We mill a range of organic flour of exceptional quality, without haste and with scrupulous care, using only the best ingredients. Somewhere in our range of organic flours, speciality flours, rare flours or rye flours, there is something for everyone. In addition, we have a wide and diverse knowledge base and should be able to answer any questions you may have in relation to our flours and methods.

We operate our own shops & provide a wholesale supply service for other local independent businesses. Each & every day we open we bake our Pastries fresh on the premises as well as our delicious French style Baguettes sold whole or used for our Savouries, you can "Taste The Difference". We are the home of "The Chewy Brown" as featured in the media, like all our breads it's baked overnight & delivered fresh from our state of the art Bakery. We are ethical & sustainable. Even from those very early days, the Fylde Fresh and Fabulous team recognised the lack of consistency in the supply chain for ready meal manufacturers and addressed this issue by establishing a unique growing programme.
