Clinical Behavior Analysis (CBA)

Who we are? We are a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Health Professionals, ABI Counselors, RBT(s) and related mental & behavioral health service professionals. Our clinicians are "licensed professionals"​ provide effective behavior-change services across the commonwealth of Kentucky​ for private insurance carriers like Tri-care, Humana, Optum Health and various Medicaid & Medicaid Waiver services. Most of our staff started as direct care staff or front-line therapists. Over the past 20 years we continue to provide a variety of evidence-based behavior-health & family training services to the broader community. Our group practice focuses on the application of formal assessment & treatment consistent with behavior principles (ABA) for socially important problems like behavior disorders, autism, brain injury & developmental delays resulting in severe skill deficits, challenging behavior(s) and/or impairments. Where we are? CBA is based in Louisville, KY. We offer services in the Central & Northern Kentucky regions. We are committed to the application of ABA principles in a variety of settings: community settings, homes, schools, institutions, psychiatric hospitals, nursing Homes, ICF/MRs, residential settings, as well as during leisure or academic activities. Who we serve? We provide an array of services for children and adults diagnosed with IDD, autism and related diagnoses. Services are not restricted by diagnoses but we primarily work with children and adults who exhibit behavioral challenges, excesses and deficits (i.e., including skill delays and educational programming).

Fort Behavioral Health in Fort Worth, TX offers a family of programs for adults and adolescents. For our 18 and older population, we offer client-centered recovery programs including medically-supervised detox, residential addiction treatment, partial hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Within our adolescent services, we offer residential treatment for teens ages 13-17 struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Mental Health Association Oklahoma, formerly known as Mental Health Association in Tulsa, is an advocacy voice representing people affected by mental illness, homelessness and substance abuse. Since 1955, we have spoken as an independent source to mental health and substance abuse providers, social service agencies, schools regarding the provision of high quality mental health screening and treatment in the community. Our current programs include mental health education to schools, businesses, and the broader community, mental health advocacy addressing prejudice and discrimination directed toward people living in recovery with mental illness, support groups, pro bono counseling, referral and assistance to people experiencing mental health needs, mental health screening, suicide prevention, and crisis response to schools. We also provide peer-to-peer recovery counseling, transitional employment, and housing and support services for people affected by substance abuse, mental illness, release from incarceration and homelessness. These programs all start with advocacy for the people we serve.
