We are a leading provider of mental health services and provide free trauma and cultural awareness training to the community free of charge. BD Health

BD Health is a state-certified opioid treatment program serving the needs of individuals impacted by opioid addiction and related psychosocial issues. Our mission is to provide a range of treatment services to adults whose health and well-being has been impacted by the use of opiate-based drugs. We offer high-quality treatment to help our patients break the cycle of opiate addiction. We employ state-of-the-art methods for the treatment of addiction, focusing on long-term outcomes as well as easing the recovery process as much as possible. This process is supported by counseling and top-of-the-line medical care.

Clinical Behavior Analysis (CBA)

Who we are? We are a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Health Professionals, ABI Counselors, RBT(s) and related mental & behavioral health service professionals. Our clinicians are "licensed professionals"​ provide effective behavior-change services across the commonwealth of Kentucky​ for private insurance carriers like Tri-care, Humana, Optum Health and various Medicaid & Medicaid Waiver services. Most of our staff started as direct care staff or front-line therapists. Over the past 20 years we continue to provide a variety of evidence-based behavior-health & family training services to the broader community. Our group practice focuses on the application of formal assessment & treatment consistent with behavior principles (ABA) for socially important problems like behavior disorders, autism, brain injury & developmental delays resulting in severe skill deficits, challenging behavior(s) and/or impairments. Where we are? CBA is based in Louisville, KY. We offer services in the Central & Northern Kentucky regions. We are committed to the application of ABA principles in a variety of settings: community settings, homes, schools, institutions, psychiatric hospitals, nursing Homes, ICF/MRs, residential settings, as well as during leisure or academic activities. Who we serve? We provide an array of services for children and adults diagnosed with IDD, autism and related diagnoses. Services are not restricted by diagnoses but we primarily work with children and adults who exhibit behavioral challenges, excesses and deficits (i.e., including skill delays and educational programming).

At the Veteran's Freedom Retreat you'll find healing for your whole being; mind, body, heart & soul. The Veteran's Freedom Retreat focuses on you, your partner and your entire family. 5-Year Goals: ➤ Reduce the symptoms of PTSD for 145 Veterans. ➤ Continue post-retreat counseling. ➤ Achieve consistent, full-funding. ➤ Develop a core team of counselors & therapists. ➤ Become known as the go-to place for family healing of PTSD.
