AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run organization. Active in over 2500 universities across more than 127 countries and territories, our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society.
In partnership with business and higher education, AIESEC has over 65 years of experience in developing high-potential students into globally minded responsible leaders.
AIESEC uses an innovative approach to engaging and developing today’s youth. By offering opportunities to build extensive international personal networks and explore leadership opportunities, we provide a platform for young people to discover direction and ambition for their futures.
AIESEC in IBA is one of the 4 local chapters of AIESEC in Pakistan and is based in the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) which is a regionally acclaimed and distinguished, business administration university in Karachi, Pakistan. IBA was set up in 1955 in collaboration with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is the first business school in South Asia set up on the US MBA model. The school has alumni who are leaders in industry, government, and academia in Pakistan. AIESEC in IBA is Pakistan's first ever solely university based Local Chapter for AIESEC.
The current executive board of AIESEC in IBA comprises of; Ayzah Rashid (President), Abdul Rauf (Regional Head Finance and Legal), Ayesha Siddiqui (Regional Head Talent Management), Hamza Raza (Regional Head Partnership Development), Ramsha Ekhlaque (Regional Head Outgoing Global Talent and Entrepreneur), Sundus Altaf (Regional Head Incoming Global Talent and Entrepreneur), Usna Tariq (Regional Head Public Relations) and Zahra Rashid Khan (Regional Head Outgoing Global Volunteer).
