RAHMA Islamic Relief is a registered charity in Pakistan. RIRP's working history starts from well before its formal registration and comprises of a range of relief and development oriented activities.The devastating earthquake that hit Pakistan in 2005 was the element that brought together the group of people that today govern RAHMA. Acting as a conduit for financial aid coming from Pakistani Diaspora and other International Donors, this informal association directed its efforts towards immediate relief and rehabilitation and development through emergency assistance, Provision of health facilities, Improvement in reproductive health, WASH, Education, Child Protection and Poverty Reduction through Vocational and Technical Trainings. Our mission is to improve the life quality of vulnerable people through sustainable development and to ensure timely humanitarian assistance in need. We do this by; • Reaching out to people with limited or no access to basic services, complementing, but not substituting, the efforts of government and other providers. • Enabling rural people create services they need and giving them access to the opportunities by:  Organizing them into viable social groups.  Giving them a feeling of empowerment that reinforces poverty reduction process.  Convincing them that they can plan and act to improve their lives.

AIESEC in Islamabad

AIESEC in Islamabad is one of the 4 Local Chapters of AIESEC in Pakistan, formed in 2007. AIESEC is an international non-profit organization that provides young people with leadership opportunities to develop themselves into global leaders with an urge to make a difference in society. It is the world’s largest student-run organization. Along with its leadership development programs, AIESEC also runs an international exchange program that enables over 20,000 students and recent graduates the opportunity to live and intern in another country. AIESEC is supported by over 8,000 partner organizations around the globe. As of June 2014, the AIESEC network includes over 90,000 members in 124 countries and territories.

Bali Memorial Trust

Bali Memorial Trust is a registered under Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. Bali Memorial Trust is a tax-exempt public charity founded in 1997 by Mian Nusratuddin and Mrs. Laila Nusrat. Currently, Bali Memorial Trust external auditors are Hameed Chaudhri & Co. Chartered Accountants. Bali Memorial Trust is certified by Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy (The first NPO Certification Agency, authorized by The Government of Pakistan) Their initial aim was to provide free education to the underprivileged, however, after a year of running the school, the founders realized that to truly help the disadvantaged in Pakistan, a multipronged and comprehensive approach was required. Hence, in 1999 the founders initiated the launch of their health services by setting up a small mother/child hospital in Ladheki, Lahore. Over the past two decades, Bali Memorial Trust has developed into a professional managed charity providing numerous services to the underprivileged. The Charity currently runs two Schools, two Mother Child Hospitals, numerous Dispensaries, two Old People’s Homes, two Girl’s Shelter/Orphanages, a Women’s Crisis Centre and, an all purpose Helpline Centre. Other than the above services, Bali Memorial Trust actively provides relief and/ rehabilitation services to disaster struck areas.
