Berrien County Historical Association

The Berrien County Historical Association is a 501c3 dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of Berrien County, Michigan. We strive to connect audiences through programs, events, and exhibits to the stories of our community's past. The BCHA operates the History Center at Courthouse Square, a 1.6 acre property located in Berrien Springs, Michigan. It is home to the 1830 Murdoch Log Cabin, the oldest two-story log cabin in the state, and the 1839 County Courthouse, the oldest of its kind in Michigan. Three additional properties are located on the grounds and as a unit they are part of the National Register of Historic Places.

Biennale of Western Balkans / BOWB

The Biennale of Western Balkans is a new cultural event and institution in the city of Ioannina, in northwestern Epirus,Greece. The first Biennale of Westrn Balkans will take place in October 2018. The event explores the new artistic and creative directions of intangible cultural heritage, digital heritage and the commons. The vision of the Biennale is to bring intangible cultural heritage and community values in the contemporary context, in connection with contemporary art, new technologies and ecology.

Atelier Spyros Vassiliou

Home and atelier of the well-known Greek artist Spyros Vassiliou (1902-1985); it had been operating since 2004 as a museum, with a rotating collection of his work. The museum will move to new premises. Until then it is closed to the public.
