Ann Forshaw's Alston Dairy is set amidst the rolling green hills of Longridge, within the Ribble Valley of Lancashire and is a long established Dairy Farm that has been rearing pure breed Friesian cows for over 40 years. Starting out with just 20 cows we now have a 500 strong milking herd on the farm – the milk and cream produced is then used to create Ann Forshaw's Yogurts.

Vinicola Broni

La Vinicola Broni is one of the most ancient winery in Lombardy's Oltrepò region. Its origins go back to 1948 when the father of the current CEOs Roberto and Salvatore and Roberto Calì founded a wine company in Broni. The latter is in the heart of the Oltrepò wine district, an area of sweet hills and fertile land 50 km south of Milan, where the Pò Valley signs the border between Lombardy, Emilia and Piedmont. The company can rely on a long-standing enological tradition along with a team of local expert enologists. These features make La Vinicola Broni a balanced mix of modern technology and great tradition. This mix inspires our three product lines (Cà Gialla, Vinicola Broni Spumanti and Antichi Muri), which complement each other in a combination of enthusiasm and harmony. The harmony is the one typical of our sparkling wines and aged wines, which have been awarded important prizes in some of the foremost Italian enological contests, including "Spumanti d'Italia" of Valdobbiadene (Veneto) and "Talento d'oro" (Gold Talent) of Oltrepò Valley (Lombady). Today the company produces in a 10.000 m2 plant in Broni and a press cellar in S. Maria della Versa. It has a production of around 1.5 million controlled designation of origin guaranteed bottles per year.
