BeTheSpark

BeTheSpark is a cultural change campaign, designed to motivate, inspire and celebrate innovation-driven entrepreneurship across the whole of Wales. It is a campaign based on a proven blueprint designed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has a core objective to position innovation driven entrepreneurship as a national imperative to create and nurture more innovative, home grown profitable companies. Wales is a small country, with a busy entrepreneurial ecosystem - so it's important to ensure the landscape is visible, connected and simple for all of us to navigate. BeTheSpark aims to address this and gives everyone the opportunity to join the movement, commit to taking personal action and to affect change in their community. The success of this campaign relies on all of us embracing the opportunity that lies before us. It's not the sole responsibility of one stakeholder or one stakeholder group. We must all work together to generate momentum behind the movement.

sustainable digital infrastructure alliance (sdia)

Established in 2019 and co-based in Germany and the Netherlands, the Sustainable Digital Infrastructure Alliance e.V. (SDIA) is a nonprofit network that aims to drive collaboration across industries to enable a thriving digital ecosystem without negative impacts on the environment through competitive and sustainable digital infrastructure. With its network of more than 65 members and partners, SDIA works to make the infrastructure powering the digital economy sustainable, while ensuring it remains open and accessible to everyone. Its Roadmap to Sustainable Digital Infrastructure by 2030 (https://sdialliance.org/roadmap) is the primary mechanism that enables all stakeholders from across the value chain to connect, benchmark, and deliver sustainability. It is meant to offer a holistic, systems-thinking approach to solving the challenges facing ICT sustainability, ranging from energy supply and data centers, to fiber-optic networks and software.

Baltimore Community ToolBank

The Baltimore Community ToolBank offers tools and equipment to strengthen and celebrate our shared community through a dynamic network of partner organizations. Tools are lent at just 3% of retail value per week to help partners amplify their work in our community. There are 8 city-based affiliates in the ToolBank network and 2 mobile units that respond to disaster areas in the domestic US. ToolBank Nation now empowers hundreds of thousands of volunteers with access to tools nation-wide every year. The Baltimore ToolBank is a social-justice organization focused on providing access to underserved populations: other community-based organizations that are too often over-committed and under-resourced. We provide access to tools, equipment and project expertise in order to save our partners limited and valuable time and capital.

CultureWorks Richmond

Driving a vibrant community by inspiring, enabling and cultivating world-class arts and culture. We believe that thriving arts and culture are felt way beyond a stage or a gallery. Virginia's Richmond and Tri-Cities Region is creating a destination the world is noticing, and bringing prosperity to the entire community. CultureWorks supports, creates and celebrates in important ways that vitalize the region by strengthening arts and culture. A strong arts and culture sector also strengthens other aspects of the region such as education, the economy, attracting and retaining employees, tourism, healthcare, and overall quality of life. CultureWorks'​ services to the region's 501c3 arts and culture organizations are categorized into three main areas: engaging the community, providing assistance and driving collaborations.
