30X40 Design Workshop is a residential design studio located on Mount Desert Island, Maine. Our primary focus is on residential architecture with a modern bent. Our work is inspired by agricultural structures and industrial materials, simple forms, and design born out of a narrative story. We strive to create simple structures and engaging spaces constructed with high quality materials.

It’s Another Architecture Office aim to create another architecture, an architecture that reacts on the society we live in, revealing its failures, its contradictions and inefficiencies. AAO works as another office, it has an extensive network which makes it flexibly and efficient. AAO work for private clients, as freelance architect for other architecture offices and/or in cooperation with other architects.

Anvi Studios is a dynamic in-house consultancy for Architecture, Urban Planning, Interiors, Engineering and Construction. With young and varied experienced team, we provide solutions to all type of Architectural and Planning projects. The firm’s motive is to set new trends and provide unique and sustainable solutions in Architecture and Planning field. After gaining experience in practical field for years the young professionals joined hands in order to start a collaborative effort and bring positives of globalization in developing areas.
