The loss of funding from statutory organisations or the possibility of closures are becoming more acute. Community groups have limited income streams, there is a clear need to look at charities with more of a business focus and to examine from the foundation whether the Governance is correct, in place and has clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

1. Andrew Waite - Chief Executive of a Social Enterprise and Chair of Trustees: Learning Disability charity (2017-present).
Former Chief Executive of two further charities (2008-16), former NHS Governor (2014-16), Trustee (2009-11) & Chair of Trustees (2011-13) and a former school Governor (2005-08).
Member of the Association of Chairs (AoC), Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) 2014-2017 & Society for Education and Training (SET) since 2009. Guest Lecturer at University of Greenwich, Visiting Lecturer at University of Bedfordshire, Business owner for eight years.
2. Veronica Garbett - Veronica Garbett – Senior Consultant
Fellow Member of the Higher Education Academy (2014 – present); Human Resource Management and Strategy Lecturer & Academic Consultant (2010 – present); Trainer, Assessor & IQA of ILM, CMI, C&G, NVQ and BTEC qualifications; Mentor and Accredited Practioner Coach (2004 - present).
3. Sandra Brown - An experienced HR Manager with more than 30 years' experience in recruiting, coaching, developing and motivating highly effective teams and individuals. Responsible for the development of cost effective HR strategies, organisation change and re-structuring programmes, Union negotiations, TUPE and redundancy programmes. Experience of complex ER issues, ET case preparation.
4. Clerene Allen - Former Trustee, highly experienced manager within Business Development, Employer Engagement, contracts management and third party delivery.
