Edible Art Movement

The current day members of the Edible Art Movement create spectacular experiences, installations and art happenings to stimulate all five senses. The Edible Art Movement, (affectionately known as EAM), is the younger, brasher sibling of the Bloomsbury Group. It is believed to have been founded in the early 1920s by a group of experimental artists, intellectuals, poets and philosophers drawn together by a shared passion for food and art. With bases in Singapore and London, Edible Art Movement exhibitions, pop-ups and happenings occur worldwide. EAM members seek to subvert conventional ideas of what food and art should be whilst at all times seeking to create incredible art. Their overarching philosophy is summed up in their motto: “We Art what we Eat”. Recent events have been hosted and supported by organisations such as the Tate Modern Gallery, the Serpentine Gallery, the National Trust (UK heritage board), Fortnum and Mason, The Other Art Fair, NTU, Affordable Art Fair, and the Fabelist Journal. EAM is pleased to make its Asia debut in Singapore, the marvellous mixing bowl where cultures, people and trading routes converge.

HOW IT WORKS: Director Katie Henry visits your office to get to know you, your company, your brief & your art tastes. The consultation is free & includes mock-ups of the work in situ, plus quotes with any & all finance options. We do as many mock-ups as you want until you're happy. Artworks agreed, we arrange a convenient time for our installation team to deliver the art & install it for you. Badger Press

The Badger Press is an open access print studio providing studio hire and training in all aspects of printmaking. Established 1982, the Badger Press is a voluntary organisation run by Badger Arts CIC; a Community Interest Company & social enterprise. With our team of volunteers and visiting lecturers, our aim is to promote printmaking and support artists working in the region, through the use of our studio and equipment, guidance and training. The studio provides an inclusive programme of courses alongside a range of arts activities, studio hire for experienced printmakers, supply of printmaking materials, staff development for educational institutions and consultancy services. We aim to support artistic excellence, creating opportunities for artists, Illustrators & designers. From the opportunity to work alongside likeminded individuals and groups, to facilitating exhibitions, creating studio projects and supporting our printmakers in the progression, promotion and sale of their work. The Badger Press studio is spacious and well equipped with facilities for artists to produce prints in many fine art & traditional printmaking media. Processes include, screen printing, relief, etching, photopolymer processing, mono printing, engraving, letterpress and many other additional processes.

We believe that creativity and self-expression go hand-in-hand and become a transformative experience. Making art should be fun and organic, not formal and indistinguishable. We want to elevate your artistic experiences and offer unique classes with contemporary twists. Flipside Art Studio offers classes, workshops, private lessons (and more!) that explore a variety of media and techniques.
