Northern Westchester Collaborative Divorce (NWCD) is Westchester's leading collaborative divorce law group – an association of attorneys, mental health practitioners, and financial professionals. We are located in Northern Westchester, New York, serving clients in Bedford, Lewisboro, Mount Kisco, Peekskill, Croton New Castle, North and South Salem, Pound Ridge, Somers, Purdys, Goldens Bridge and Yorktown. Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California (ADRNC)

The Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California is an organization of professional and volunteer mediators and conflict resolution professionals, established in response to the rapidly growing interest in non-adversarial methods of dispute resolution. ADRNC offers educational programs and networking opportunities for anyone interested in mediation and other conflict resolution practices.ADRNC is the Northern California chapter of the national Association for Conflict Resolution and an organizational sponsor of the California Dispute Resolution Council.

CMG Foundation

CMG Foundation is a non-profit organization offering conflict management services and training. Our mission is to help our community in Greater Richmond resolve disputes more amicably. Mediation is one tool for resolving conflict - it empowers clients to solve their own disputes, creating win-win solutions. The process teaches individuals the communication skills necessary for resolving future issues on their own and preventing violence. We believe that promoting and increasing the use of mediation will help create a more peaceful society.

1st Place Kids Inc.

1st Place Kids is a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to placing the child’s best interest in the 1st place of consideration while managing parental conflict post separation and divorce . As a charitable contributor, our organization serves J&DR district courts in targeted communities throughout Virginia where parental conflict is the highest. Our court-referred parent education courses serve primary (psycho-educational) and secondary (intervention) levels of prevention. Each program design is committed to enhance the well-being of the child and family, prevent the occurrence of child abuse, and minimize trauma. The organizational goals of 1st Place Kids is: (1) to educate parents on effective strategies to minimize and manage conflict, (2) prevent and minimize adverse childhood experiences, and (3) contribute to the scientific community through evidence-based and evidence informed conflict resolution models.
