The IAPP is the largest privacy association in the world and a leader in the privacy industry, facilitating conversations, debates and collaboration among key industry leaders and organizations. We provide resources for practitioners to develop and advance their careers while helping professionals and businesses navigate the complexities of the evolving environment and how to define and manage privacy issues. The IAPP serves as the home to the IAPP AI Governance Center which provides professionals tasked with AI governance, risk and compliance with the content, resources, networking, training and certification needed to respond to the complex risks in the AI field. The IAPP is a not-for-profit association that is uniquely positioned to help define, inform and advance privacy and AI governance professionals through networking, education and certification. As the privacy and AI governance professions continue to develop, grow and intersect, the IAPP can help evangelize the need for trained professionals to meet the increasing demands placed on businesses and organizations managing data.

Seaside Sustainability (nonprofit)

Seaside Sustainability is a nationally recognized, award-winning 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to community engagement, education and environmental conservation. Seaside Sustainability’s mission is to protect and restore our oceans by educating people of all ages about the critical issues that threaten our environment; promoting best practices for sustainability; and inspiring meaningful advocacy and hands-on action. Seaside Sustainability works with schools, cities and towns, environmental groups, technology companies, and individuals. Together, we strive to ensure the healthy future of oceans, rivers, wetlands, and estuaries around the world. Seaside Sustainability aims to be a leader in environmental and STEM education programs and recognition initiatives by promoting public awareness about the importance of environmental sustainability, providing resources to develop problem-solving skills, and chances to get engaged as part of a community to take action. Our work provides project-based learning, meaningful internships for students, and volunteer opportunities for people of all ages. Our unique internship program engages hundreds of high school and college students around the world in meaningful hands-on study, giving them training to become the future leaders in the stewardship of our planet.

Vitamin Angels

Founded in 1994, Vitamin Angels is a public health nonprofit working to improve nutrition and health outcomes in low-resource settings worldwide. We strengthen, extend, and amplify the impact of our partner organizations working to reach the most nutritionally vulnerable groups – pregnant women, infants, and children – who are underserved by existing systems. We do this by delivering evidence-based interventions and offering technical assistance, including ongoing monitoring and evaluation, to ensure program quality, scale, and impact. Vitamin Angels works with over 1,200 local organizations, including governments, to reach more than 72 million women and children in nearly 65 countries annually. AchieveKids

AchieveKids provides dynamic and innovative education services for students in special education. Through a community of acceptance and respect, AchieveKids specializes in creating learning for students’ with severe emotional, learning, and/or developmental disabilities. Our dedicated teachers, behavioral health team, speech therapists, and paraprofessionals work collaboratively to create opportunity and independence in the lives of our students. This interdisciplinary team is a skillful problem solving group that instructs and guides students toward greater independence and self-reliance, enabling a path to a brighter future. With campuses in Palo Alto and San Jose, we serve multiple school districts and charters throughout the Bay. A WASC accredited school, AchieveKids is a learning organization, where all of our community learns and grows. AchieveKids believes in creating a path to a brighter future. Success within our school and community is wonderful, but we need to strive for more, helping to create opportunity in the lives of our students beyond our doors. AchieveKids creates a school culture of learning, growing, reflection, and individual and community improvement. To accomplish this task, AchieveKids utilizes the Learning for Life goals.
