We want to guide the next generation of talented young people, and give all of them the opportunity to fulfill their potential. By taking time to understand each of our clients, we are able to create a bespoke programme tailored to their individual requirements and help them achieve the goals they set out. Our network of teachers, mentors and career coaches have not only achieved academic success by graduating from the best universities in the world, but have also gone on to work in the most prestigious companies in their respective fields. It is this wealth of experience that makes working with Blue truly unique. Be it writing personal statements, preparing for interviews or securing that place on the graduate training scheme, we can help our clients to learn from our successes, but perhaps more importantly, to learn from our mistakes and avoid those pitfalls. Do It Kits

Do It Kits make it easy and fun to teach with new technologies in a hands on way. We believe in learning through making, doing and playing. Do It Kits are classroom kits that make it easy and fun to teach with new technologies. Each kit is a “make”: a hands-on activity that builds skills and allows the student to understand and engage with the curriculum in a deeper way. Do It Kits come with over three hours of lesson plans, worksheets and teacher guidance with up-to-date curriculum links. Do It Kits recently launched with three products: Time to React, Science of Music Guitar and Science of Music Synth.

Entrepreneurs in Action (EiA)

Entrepreneurs in Action, is a company which offers strategic consultancy and delivery of entrepreneurial training programmes across education and leading businesses. EiA has advised executives from the world of business including Waitrose, Aon, TfL, Serco, Virgin Atlantic, the Olympic Delivery Authority, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Croydon and Tameside Councils on innovative talent engagement strategies and entrepreneurial programmes. EiA have also consulted and delivered programmes for the DFES and SSAT on 14-19 and enterprise strategies. EiA works with Independent schools such as Sevenoaks, Hampton School, Surbiton High School, Whitgift, Trinity, Reading Blue Coats, GDST group to deliver high quality EiA programmes. Our mission: Our mission is to inspire young people of all backgrounds and abilities to follow their passions and open their minds to the opportunities available within themselves. Our Results: We have achieved excellent feedback from the participants and clients: • 95% of the participants now have an increased understanding of business enterprise. • 97.7% of the participants had improved their confidence. • 98.4% of the participants found the programmes interesting and would recommend it to others. • The clients are happy with the contents of the programmes and are willing to participate every year. Bucks Skills Hub inspires and prepares young people for the fast-changing world of work. Based at Buckinghamshire Thames Valley Local Enterprise Partnership, we connect employers and educators and make sure young people gain the right skills for our local growth sectors. Bucks Skills Hub is part of the national Careers and Enterprise Company network which creates high-impact careers opportunities for young people through meaningful enterprise encounters. The network is made up of trained Enterprise Coordinators who: • work with clusters of schools and colleges to build careers plans • make connections to local and national employers Each school and college is supported by an Enterprise Adviser, a senior business volunteer, who: • helps unlock relationships with other local employers • provides the head teacher or careers team with strategic counsel to develop an effective careers strategy GET CONNECTED Visit our online hub https://oppsinbucks.org/ which connects employers and educators. Employers register their willingness to get involved and state what they have to offer (such as resources, workplace visits and mentoring). Educators can then take up these offers, or post specific requests for support.
