Family Carers provides the full spectrum of care and support for people living in their own homes. Domiciliary care providing a range of services tailored to enhance the quality of life, allowing service users and their loved ones to continue to enjoy a fulfilling life in their own homes. - Practical Support - Personal Care - Complex Care - Live-in Carers - Re-ablement services. Family Carers offers a specialist re-ablement service. This is a 'time limited'​ service, usually six weeks. The service is designed to facilitate early release from hospital or prevent admission to hospital or residential care. The service provides domiciliary support and resettlement services to support disabled people or people with learning disability or mental illness with an assessed need to live independently in their own homes and in their local community, by providing person centred, health and social care re-ablement services. Family Contact Centre – Family Carers offers a range of expert services to children and families, which are safe and cost efficient. They are achieved within excellent timescales. - Expert assessments of children and families - Family assessment and support intervention - Contact between Children, their parents and family

Caring for our Aboriginal children and families. AbSec, also known as The Aboriginal Child, Family and Community Care State Secretariat, is the peak Aboriginal organisation within the child and family sector in NSW, Australia. AbSec is committed to advocating on behalf of Aboriginal children, families, carers and communities. We ensure that our Aboriginal community-controlled sector is equipped with the skills and support they need to keep our kids safe and connected to culture. Our vision is that Aboriginal children and young people are looked after in safe, thriving Aboriginal families and communities. Our kids should be raised strong in spirit and identity, with every opportunity for lifelong wellbeing and connection to culture. In addition to providing advocacy and community services, we offer workforce training through AbSec Learning and Development Centre.
