We empower vulnerable youth to unlock their full potential and discover their own path to success, through a full-time mental health & emotional well-being program embedded in public schools. The words of Take a Hike youth best describe the impact of the program: "Without the support from my friends and Take a Hike, I would not be the confident girl I am today. I would still be sitting at home in a dark room, playing video games, and hating the world. My future looks brighter than I ever imagined a year ago."​ “I have a bright future ahead of me and I realize that now.”

Inspired by God's love for humanity, CLWR challenges the causes and responds to the consequences of human suffering and poverty. As a specialized agency of the Lutheran community in Canada, CLWR offers Canadians opportunities to understand and serve the needs of others.

Vancouver Chinatown Foundation

The Vancouver Chinatown Foundation is a registered charity founded in 2011. The organization is characterized by a spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation and a passion to help the revitalization of Chinatown, one of Canada’s most iconic neighborhoods and the historic heart of Vancouver. The Foundation is dedicated to building a more resilient and inclusive community by promoting the well-being of those in need, while preserving Chinatown’s irreplaceable cultural heritage. Our ongoing projects focus on creating a lasting positive impact such as affordable housing, seniors housing, and cultural and economic development.

ACCESS: Allowing Children a Chance at Education, Inc.

ACCESS is a youth-run, non-profit organization that envisions the empowerment of generations of leaders through education in order to inspire meaningful development in their own communities. ACCESS facilitates education and empathetic leadership development through initiatives that engage, inspire, and motivate youth to drive positive change, locally and globally. Founded in 2006, ACCESS has expanded from a group of Brampton high-school students fundraising for school uniforms for youth in developing nations to delivering local programming to thousands of students in the Greater Toronto Area. Today, ACCESS mentors other youth-led organizations, helping them to make a lasting social impact.

For 50 years, AIESEC has delivered a tailored and reliable recruitment and community integration process customized to meet employer’s needs. Through the Global Internship Program, AIESEC Canada has enabled numerous Canadian organizations to: * build their leadership pipeline * increase their competitiveness through easy access to global talents, skills and market awareness * fuel their innovation by enhancing the international perspectives of their workforce Active in over 108 countries, AIESEC provides an invaluable experience to its interns and its partners. In the past we've partnered with EDC, RIM, Vale Inc. and many others. AIESEC Carleton is a local chapter in Ottawa, ON working out of Carleton University.
