Tarafsızlık, bağımsızlık, doğruluk ROTA'mız diyerek uyuşmazlıkların çözümüne katkı sağlamak amacıyla kurduğumuz merkezimizde alanında uzman ve donanımlı kadromuz ile taraflar arasındaki ihtilafların çözümünü sağlarken; sürdürülebilir kalıcı çözümlerin ve toplumsal barışın sağlanmasına hizmet etmek amacıyla faaliyetlerimizi yürütmekteyiz. Merkezimiz, Anadolu Yakasında E5 ve TEM yollarının kesişiminde, İstanbul'un her yerinden kolayca ulaşılabilir bir lokasyona sahiptir. Metro ve otobüs gibi toplu taşıma araçları ile rahatlıkla ulaşabilir, kendi aracınızla geldiğinizde kapalı otoparkı kullanabilirsiniz. Konforlu, donanımlı ve teknolojik alt yapıya sahip toplantı odalarımız ve eğitim salonumuz ihtiyaçlar gözetilerek dizayn edilmiştir. Merkezimizin ortağı olmayan arabulucular da kendi arabuluculuk toplantılarını merkezimizde yapabilecektir. Toplantı odalarımız çok katılımcılı toplantılara uygun olup; odalarda bilgisayar, yazıcı, telefon mevcuttur.Merkezimiz ayda 400 toplantı yapılabilecek kapasitededir.

ADRA was established in 1986 and has been at the forefront of dispute resolution in Australia. We embrace all forms of dispute resolution and we pride ourself not only in our heritage, but in our commitment to future development of dispute resolution nationally and internationally. ADRA brings together dispute resolution practitioners and those with an interest in dispute resolution. Members of ADRA enjoy the benefits of the opportunity to network with each other to share experiences and knowledge. We have varying levels of membership to suit all levels of experience and involvement. ADRA's Practitioner Members can become Nationally Accredited Mediators on the National Mediator Standards Board. Fox Legal was established in 2012. We are a team of experienced practitioners, solicitors and lawyers with a combined experience of over 50 years. We deliver innovative, timely and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients, throughout the New England and beyond. Fox Legal has a high level of sophistication and experience, and was established by the principal Anthony Fox, who made the change from Sydney to Armidale in 2003. Anthony has over 30 years' experience as a solicitor in Sydney. Fiona Miron joined the practice in 2013 and brings with her over 20 years' experience as a legal practitioner in NSW and ACT. Fiona is also heavily involved in the New England community. Anthony and Fiona are both graduates of the Australian National University.

Mediation can bring our families and communities closer together. Our CONFIDENTIAL and AFFORDABLE mediation sessions will help bring those at odds together in a safe, comfortable and neutral setting. The Center was created on the premise that community mediation centers are and should be different from traditional providers of alternative dispute resolution services. In recognition of this difference, the agency's primary focus is on interpersonal, minor criminal, civil disputes and quality of life issues that impact families and communities.
