Cordero Architecture is a New York based design firm. Our mission is to create value for each building and its surrounding community through simple yet innovative solutions. Arch Beach Consulting

Arch Beach Consulting provides transportation planning/engineering consulting services, including site circulation and parking design, to public and private sector clients. We emphasize in the development of creative, cost-effective, and results-oriented solutions to planning and design issues associated with all modes of ground transportation, including pedestrian, bicycle, automobile, and transit modes. We specialize in working in controversial environments where complex problems can only be solved with innovative and flexible analytical techniques. As a result, practical solutions are developed and consensus among stakeholders and those affected are achieved. We provide our services to regional public agencies, local governments, educational institutions, the health care field, and private land developers. Our projects range from local traffic and parking studies to area-wide master plans. 30X40 Design Workshop

30X40 Design Workshop is a residential design studio located on Mount Desert Island, Maine. Our primary focus is on residential architecture with a modern bent. Our work is inspired by agricultural structures and industrial materials, simple forms, and design born out of a narrative story. We strive to create simple structures and engaging spaces constructed with high quality materials.

Artisan Architect

For the last year or so, I've been working as a consultant for local architects. I provide production assistance with the latest versions of both Revit and AutoCAD. I also hope to expand on my extensive experience in Historic / Renovation and Adaptive Reuse.

Beauparlant is an integrated architectural and interior design firm with a focus on private residences. Although our projects span greatly in scope and scale, all of our work results from a comprehensive design process which endeavors to always offer creative and outstanding results. Beauparlant Design’s approach and philosophy have resulted in a number of design awards and our work is regularly published online and in print.
