As the COO of Woodruff Sawyer, I bring over 30 years of insurance and risk management experience to lead our operations and deliver value to our clients and employees. I have a passion for finding simpler and better ways of doing things, leveraging technology, and enhancing human experiences.
I oversee our business services, claims, IT & security, legal, and internal risk departments, as well as our regional offices. I work closely with our CEO and other executives to align our strategy and innovation with our vision and values. I also have a deep expertise in litigation management, catastrophic claim recovery, and risk consulting. I am a certified CPCU, RPLU, and ARM, and a recognized instructor and author in my field.
