Protective coatings: Development (formulation) and optimization of products ranging from
Sealers, filler, primers, Intermediate to Topcoats based on different technologies like Epoxies,
Polysiloxane, Heat resistant Silicones, Alkyd, Two pack waterborne epoxies. etc. Mainly for light
and heavy-duty industries and these specialty products are mainly for steel, metals, and concrete
surfaces.
Product and process development at a commercial level, customer complaint handling, and troubleshooting at the customer Site. Cost-effective product development and achieving significant savings
through effective evaluation of suppliers and developing cost-effective alternatives for paint &
coatings.

Process Control. Recipe maintenance, Cycle time standardization, batch scale-up, production
troubleshooting.
