• Systematic Engineering analysis and yield improvement approach .
• Very good process and equipment knowledge on the Gold and copper Wire Bond , Die attach , Stud Bumping , Lens attach , Plasma Clean , Ovens , Ultrasonic , UV curing , Flip Chip bonding , Die sorting & Sawing machines .
• Very good knowledge in ACF process , Automatic laser soldering , Semi Automation , Flex Bending .
• Good knowledge in SMT process , develop Singulated SMT process For Camera Module
. Knowledge Optical Transceiver Module asSembly SFP , QSFP , CFP Double density , 100G to 400G SMT to microelectronics process .
