I have indulged in working in many fields, right from working as a Technician, a System Analyser, an Office Assistant, an Office Coordinator, an Event Executive, a Event Operational Head , Chief Event Planner at Ergo Consulting. My journey continues as an Event Consultant and Now I have started my new Venture “Sopana Yoga” Culture through Health....

Yoga has offered mankind a whole deal of goodness pertaining to physical fitness and health. Though it has been presumed that the mental wellness is gained collaterally though practicing yoga, the science behind the yoga itself tells us that yoga was engineered to instill wellness in totality.
Most people think of Yoga as Asanas that are just a form of physical exercise. Some think it's only about obscure postures and breathing patterns. Very few understand Yoga as a technique of meditation.
The very word Yoga means Union. It is the mind that controls the body. Yoga helps in tuning the mind's frequency to that of the cosmos, thereby you start feeling oneness with the whole of creation.

Sopana Yoga was started as way to promote Traditional Ancient Yoga – practices and teachings, throughout the community, Personal One to one training, corporate, hotels & gyms as a freelancer. We extend our services to provide Yoga Retreats at Nature space in order to aid yoga practitioners to deepen their individual self-practice and provide all that they need to have a care free vacation / enjoyable Yogic experience.
