With 15 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about driving talent excellence and transformation at Nestlé South Asia Region, where I lead the talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion and employee wellbeing functions for six countries.
As the Head of Talent, I have been instrumental in implementing global HR best practices, enhancing employee engagement and retention, developing leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion. I have also leveraged my expertise in change and organization design to support the deployment of the Hire to Retire project, a global HR transformation initiative that simplified and standardized end-to-end HR processes across Nestlé markets.
Prior to my current role, I have held various HR roles at Nestlé, including Head of Talent for Indochina, HR Business Partner for Zone Asia, Oceania, Africa, and HR Manager for a unionized factory. I have also worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where I provided HR consulting services to small and mid-sized companies.
Besides my professional interests, I am an avid reader, swimmer, cyclist, and investor. I have also invested in two early stage startups, Alldox and Momspresso that offer innovative solutions in document management and parenting respectively.
