With over 22 years of experience in various sectors, such as mining, smelters, automotive, rail, and ceramics, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role and company.
My core competencies include operations management, business development, customer relationship management, manufacturing excellence, and innovation. I have a strong track record of delivering sustainable results and increasing shareholder value in challenging and competitive markets. Some of my notable achievements include turning around a loss-making entity within six months, exceeding sales and profitability targets, growing sales in Globally by over 11%, winning one of the largest contracts to supply rock tools globally, and restructuring over three manufacturing operations to make them leaner and more efficient. I hold an MBA and a Mechanical Engineering including a certification in Professional Performance NLP Life Coaching, which enable me to lead, inspire, and empower my teams and stakeholders towards an aggressive growth strategy.
