I am a CSR and sustainability professional with more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing social and environmental programs that create positive impact and value. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and have expertise in managing social risks and opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and driving ESG initiatives.
Currently, I lead the CSR and sustainability function at Schlumberger, the world's leading provider of technology and solutions for the energy industry. I oversee the development and execution of policies and processes that align with the company's vision and values, and support the GeoUnit, Divisions, and Functions to manage their social performance and sustainability goals. I also design and deliver strategic social investment programs that focus on quality safe drinking water, women empowerment, and education, in collaboration with various NGOs, government agencies, and media. Some of my key achievements include receiving the Samajratna Purskar award for societal contribution, being recognized as the best employee of the year, and being appointed as a district committee member by the women and child department of Maharashtra.
