As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I strive to discover the most talented individuals for all parties involved and help place them in a career rather than simply a job. I possess experience and knowledge in recruiting and utilize skills such as sourcing and cold calling passive candidates, maintaining reports, assisting with applicant tracking system implementation, and full cycle recruiting. These skills allow me to successfully search for talent in various fields including, but not limited to, field adjusting, field investigating, administrative and clerical, client relations, accounting, HR, IT, managed care, risk control, and the list continues to grow. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing a positive recruitment experience is my number one goal.
I have a desire to learn and expand my knowledge which allows me to continue to grow both personally and professionally.
