9. Vehicle electrical distribution system and architecture including ECU Interfacing, grounding strategies.
10. Supplier coordination and management along with strategic sourcing team.
11. Responsible for Field Component service and maintenance.
12. Technical data and Cad data review of supplier for design and cost optimization.
13. Test case development, testing setup and instrumentation design, data acquisition and test data analysis.
14. Responsible for the Complete Body Electronics and infotainment subassembly design validation and verification and records of reports and Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
15. Resolving issues pertaining to design from the line by coordinating with Process Engineering,
Vendor Development, Quality and other functions.
16. Expertise in preparing System Specifications/Requirements using tools like DOORs.
17. Performing EMC testing on systems like Automotive, military, medical and information technology for qualifications and help determine test pass/fail Margins.
18. Responsible for the EMC compliance of systems of Electrical /Electronic products to achieve CE marking of various products to co-ordinates of agencies
19.Implementing the design principles like Design for Safety, Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturability, Design for Reliability, Design for Serviceability, Design for Cost, DFMEA.
