As a Managing Director at Slalom, I am part of the Technology Strategy Senior Leadership team. In the past, I have led the Software Engineering, Technology Strategy, Data and Analytics, Cloud and DevOps, and Salesforce capabilities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With over 20 years of experience in the management consulting industry, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions for clients in various sectors, including Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Communications and High Tech.
I am passionate about helping clients build the delivery organization needed to deliver value at speed to their customers. I have successfully led and supported DevOps and Agile transformations for Fortune 500 companies, leveraging Slalom's Product Engineering Methodology and best practices. I am also the Global Women in Tech Lead for Slalom, where I advocate for and empower women in technology roles. I have been recognized as one of the 2021 Women Leaders in Technology by Consulting Magazine and one of the 2021 Women in Technology by the Dallas Business Journal.
