I am an ardent supporter of a holistic approach to counseling and its proven benefits and am adept at leading the delivery of exceptional and high-quality care to address the mental health needs of others, via traditional in-person therapy and HIPAA compliant tele/video conferencing. I have sharp organizational skills and am able to expertly manage complex, patient centric tasks within demanding environments, including compiling robust assessments and detailed reports for large and varied caseloads. An engaging and articulate communicator, I am able to clearly convey complex information and build consensus with key stakeholders, including at-risk service users, their families, allied health workers, and executive leaders. These skills are highly transferable and allow me to create environments conducive to learning and provide educational opportunities that are purposeful, relevant, and cater to different student needs. My career is bolstered by a PhD in General Psychology, a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a BA in Business Management, as well as several industry certifications. As an experienced professional who is adept at providing a multi-tiered system of support for stakeholders in the clinical and educational sectors, that aligns with best practices, I remain eager to undertake greater, hands-on challenges in both of these fields.
