I am C-Suite leader with 27 years of experience in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Finance within the FMCG space. I currently lead the South African business for Coca-Cola Beverages Africa. I am a thought leader in developing & implementing revenue growth and route to market strategies in both modern and emerging markets. I have also led CCBSA’s strategic and operational Customer management and have achieved the #1 ranking across FMCG in the Advantage survey.
One of my great passions is people and leadership development and I try to live this out on a personal level, always seeking to learn, grow and become a better leader. I live by the belief that we have two hands–one to help yourself, one to help others. I take great delight in seeing the success of others – particularly young leaders – whom I have been able to impact in some manner through coaching, mentorship and guidance.
