He drove disruptive innovations which became industry standards. - 1st humanoid robot at branch-IRA, Chatbot EVA, P2P Payments - Chillr, What’s App banking, Real Time Fraud Detection, Cross sell @ Point of Sale, RM Connect, Internal Social Collaboration, Digital Command Centre (1st in Industry), Automated Signature Verification, Remote Cheque Deposit, ICCW, KCC, MSME journeys from 50k up to 25 lakhs STP e.g.
At HDFC Bank he Developed/Expanded Open Banking Platform, created 250+ APIs, partnered with 250+ fintech for sourcing business through Open Banking. He set up Digital Centre of Excellence (UI/UX Studio & Digital Command Centre). Revamped all digital properties thereby increasing digital customer base by 500% in 6 years.
He has led leadership roles in his earlier stints - Chief Innovation Officer in Citibank, Head of Direct Banking & innovation in Standard Chartered Bank, Head Cards & New initiatives at Reliance and Head of Alternate Channels & Cross sell at ICICI Bank with focus to build global digital assets to improve organizational business & accelerate growth.
He has won numerous awards internationally/India – Asia Pacific Digital Transformation Leader of the Year by IDC Singapore, ICON of the year award by HDFC Bank MD, Golden Peacock Award for Innovation Management, Best Product or Service ( 4 times). Overall, he's won 100+ awards Globally.
