Verifying Raw Materials COC , Special Process COC .
In-process Rejection Analysis RCA , CAPA , using tools Cause and Effect, 5W-1H etc..
Prepare Monthly In-house Rejection Action Plan PPT & Review .
In-process inspection and also Final inspection with all maintaining records with Hands on Instruments Handling experience like Height Gauges, profile projector, vms, micrometer, calliper, etc...
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools.
involving internal Audit for process effectiveness.
preparing FAIR doc for new development parts.
knowledge on PPAP doc, SPC, 7QC Tools, etc..
maintaing on time gauges calibration with valid reports.
