For some, the hospitality industry is just a business. For me, it’s a calling where passion comes first and business second. I have spent my life powered by my genuine passion for delivering a memorable experience to ensure my customers enjoy not only good taste but a luxurious adventure.
My secret?

The vast experience I gained throughout my career has enriched my ability to spot trends, think innovatively, and act timely. It is what I do now as Managing Director and Partner of Mine Lifestyle Dining.
In the past, I have generated two award-winning concepts: Il Borro Tuscan Bistro by Ferragamo Dubai and Alici Seafood Restaurant Dubai.
Current , I have created Chic Nonna Osteria Gourmet, L’Amo Bistro del Mare,Delizie Caffè Gourmet and upcoing project LAVITA Beach House at One Palm Jumeirah Residence, Dorchester Collection.
