As a Manager at Deloitte, I lead the AI Engagement team that delivers conversational AI solutions to clients across various industries and domains. With over 9 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and natural language processing, I have a strong track record of designing and developing scalable, secure, and highly available applications on AWS.
My mission is to leverage my technical and business skills to help clients achieve their goals and solve their challenges with innovative and effective conversational AI solutions. I have successfully architected, developed, and deployed virtual assistants, chatbots, and NLP APIs for sales, service desks, and other enterprise functions, using cutting-edge technologies such as SageMaker, API Gateway, BERT, and PyTorch. I also manage the partnership engagements with different cloud, automation, and VA partners, and lead the team to engineer integration modules.
