I'm a highly proficient HVAC Engineer, having above 8th years of experience in India and Oman.
• Working as HVAC Engineer in FMM Division and Projects.
• Having experience in Oil & Gas industry at Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (ORPIC).
• Unified HSE Passport holder (HSE induction and H2S) at Oman energy association (OPAL).
• Skilled in SAP software for preparing Quotation, Purchase Request, Purchase order, Material Request, check warehouses availablity and Park invoices.
• Presenting Tool Box Talk to the team of technicians.
• Scheduling & Manage Planned Preventive maintenance and reactive/ Corrective maintenance at different government and public sites in Oman.
• Dealing with all kind of HVAC/MEP Utilities like chillers, DX system, AHU, FCU, RTU, HRU, Actuators, VAV, VFD, Piping, Electrical equipment, 1 phase & 3 phase motors and pumps etc.
• Installation and maintenance of facilities as per approved designs.
Provide services to clients. Managing the HVAC/Facility Team in proper manner with CMMS software, building communication to Client to meet KPI's.
• Preparing reports and check list for equipments & facilities.
• Having good coordination with management to meet KPI's.
• Handling site papers and billing details as per the company's policy.
• Fluent in English with Public Speaking skills.
• Can speak and understand Arabic language at industrial level.
• I'll love to have new role as HVAC/ MEP/Facility Engineer to utilise my knowledge & skills to face new challenges for the growth of organisation.
