Prior to this role, I had the opportunity to work as a Project Manager at Net1 from 2021 to 2022, where I specialized in strategic business change management. During this time, I led initiatives to maximize employee adoption of change, implemented service excellence cultures, and managed successful transitions arising from transformation programs.
With a background as an Operations Manager at EasyPay from 2019 to 2021, I honed my skills in recruitment, operational standards implementation, team management, and resolution of operational issues.
