Roots of Autonomy Inc. is a neuroaffirming, neurodivergent-led agency dedicated to supporting individuals and families through an inclusive and strengths-based approach. We believe that every person deserves to thrive as their authentic self — not to be changed, but to be understood, supported, and celebrated.
Our integrated team provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), mental health counseling, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, parent coaching, and advocacy services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve.
At Roots of Autonomy, we combine evidence-based practices with a deep respect for neurodiversity, ensuring our services affirm identity, autonomy, and dignity. Guided by lived experience and professional expertise, we stand as advocates for meaningful inclusion, accessible care, and compassionate support for neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.
Our Mission:
To nurture autonomy, self-acceptance, and growth through neuroaffirming and collaborative care that honors the diverse ways people experience and engage with the world.
Our Vision:
A world where neurodiversity is celebrated, support is personalized, and every individual has the opportunity to flourish — rooted in understanding, not conformity.
