My education has been both technical and scientific, covering chemistry, physics and processing of polymers. For the first time during my PhD, I could combine these different fields to develop working polymer based solar cells prototype. Since then, I have continuously been looking for challenges at the frontier between scientific domains.
First as a hobby, then as a way to improve efficiency, I have been self-teaching programming and software design for now more than 30 years. Beside advanced IT skills, it also provided me with an analytical and structured approach to challenges, which I like to combine with a solution oriented mindset.
I especially like to leverage these skills to make my team enjoying its path to technical excellence while developing product and solution with high market value.
