Currently, Nicholas is the Partner of Aras Consulting, a Registered Tax Consultant and Outsource Accounting Services Company based in Jakarta, which serve wide range of Individual, Micro Small Medium Enterprise (UMKM), and Corporate (Middle & Large Private Entities) from various industries
Previously joining Aras Consulting, Nicholas was a consultant in PwC and PB Taxand.Throughout his journey, Nicholas has experienced various projects such as Tax Compliance, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Audit, and Complex Structured Tax Advice for cross-border transactions (International Tax) for both Local and Multinational Companies.
Nicholas obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia (UI)
Nicholas Scope of Work includes:
(1) Tax Due Diligence in Merger & Acquisition Transaction;
(2) Monthly Tax Compliance Services of WHT Art. 23, WHT Art. 4(2) , local VAT and VAT Offshore of various size company (local and multinational entity);
(3) Assist client for going through an end to end Tax Audit Process;
(4) Annually assist client in preparing an Individual Income Tax Return ("SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi") and Corporate Income Tax Return ("SPT Tahunan PPh Badan"); and
(5) Tax Review (Income Tax and VAT)
