Note before: Among several jobs, while I was 14-17 years young, convinced an events firm how I could do the job of 4 people (and did it); sold cold coca-cola on the streets of India (during a harsh winter); made people sign up for club memberships (while at other clubs); persuaded travelers at railway stations and airport to buy suitcases (although they already had one); and the list goes long.
I'm NAVEEN, a YOUNG LEADER with over 17 years of experience in divisional leadership, strategic partnerships, new market/business development, field marketing, and full-cycle event production & management (ideation to execution) with a penchant for emerging technologies and cybersecurity.
As the Group CEO of Trescon, I lead a team of 250+ employees from Trescon and associated entities such as World Blockchain Summit (WBS) and Demandify – a B2B demand generation and marketing company. My vision is to scale and take Trescon’s current events in the emerging tech space into new markets while also conceptualizing and launching new business lines on priority.
Most recently, as the Chief Growth Officer of Spire Solutions, MEA region’s leading cybersecurity VAD, I led alliances with the likes of SAFCSP, CCISONFI, NCSC and more; launched partner rewards program ASPIRE; and led the marketing team managing LEAP, GISEC, GITEX, Blackhat, AICS, Cairo ICT and roadshows.
Previously, as the Director of Events & Expo at Naseba, I launched and managed multiple business events and training in the areas of emerging tech, energy, investments & leadership. Some of those were endorsed by the King and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia; the President of Kenya; the UAE Minister of Economy; the Dubai Financial Services Authority; the Information Technology Authority of Oman; the International Telecommunications Union (ITU); and AIESEC.
I'm a Founding Member of the Hyderabad Security Cluster (HSC) and Advisor to several industry associations such as the MENA Fintech Association and Jordan Cyber Security Association. Contributing to expos, conferences, workshops, and webinars as a Host, Chair, Moderator, or Panelist is amongst my interests.
I'm a Computer Science Engineer with several industry certifications including Strategic Projects and Programs Management, Blockchain, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. I'm also a certified Yoga teacher and an aspiring Motivational Speaker.
