With over 24 years of experience in the security and ELV systems industry, I have built a distinguished career leading and innovating within renowned companies. My journey includes pivotal roles at Secutronic FZE, The Integrated Systems, Firex Security, and Total Security Solutions (TTS) along with its sister company Better Business Bureau International (BBBI).
At Secutronic FZE, I advanced from Sales Development Manager to Regional Director, managing over 50 million Dirhams worth of projects across various sectors. My strategic initiatives and operational excellence established new sales channels, navigated complex procurement processes, and cultivated strong alliances with government and private sector leaders.
In previous roles at The Integrated Systems and Firex Security, I led sales endeavors for innovative security solutions and forged strategic partnerships. At TTS and BBBI, as Deputy General Manager, I promoted and implemented advanced systems, securing contracts with prestigious clients including five-star hotels, ministries, embassies, and the Jordan Armed Forces.
My technical expertise spans a wide array of security technologies including CCTV, PSIM, Access Control, Biometrics, Intrusion Alarms, X-Ray Machines, Walkthrough Metal Detectors, Drones, and Defense Systems. I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics and Electromechanical Engineering, supplemented by extensive training across Germany, China, the UK, the UAE, Lebanon, and Jordan.
Recognized with numerous awards, including the HTL Trophy Performance Excellence Award and the Best Security Innovation Award, I have also received appreciation letters and trophies from Dubai government entities, mainly RTA, and various manufacturers for excellent performance. I am dedicated to driving sustainable growth and fostering a culture of excellence.
My key skills include new business development, P&L management, strategic planning, operations management, key account management, customer relationship management, staff training & development, contract negotiations, and budgeting & forecasting.
