Mohau Ramutloa is a highly accomplished and experienced HR professional with a diverse educational background and a passion for personal development. He holds a National Diploma in Business Management, which laid the foundation for his career in the business world. Seeking to specialize in human resources, Mohau went on to obtain a Certificate in HRM from UJ (University of Johannesburg) and a Bachelors of Commerce in HRM from Mancosa.
Driven by a strong desire to excel in his field, Mohau further pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Honors in HRM from Mancosa, enhancing his knowledge and expertise in the principles and practices of HR management. Seeking to expand his legal knowledge, he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from UJ, gaining valuable insights into labor relations and employment law.
Currently, Mohau is studying for a Masters of Business Leadership at DaVinci Business institute, a program that combines his passion for business and leadership development. This program equips him with the skills and knowledge to excel in strategic decision-making and drive organizational success.
Throughout his career, Mohau has gained extensive experience as an HR professional across various industries. He has worked in Retail, Tolling, Hospitality, engineering consulting and Healthcare, honing his skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR planning. With experience on both national and global scales, Mohau has developed a deep understanding of HR dynamics within diverse organizational contexts.
Outside of his professional life, Mohau is an avid indoor cyclist. This activity allows him to maintain a healthy work-life balance and stay physically fit. It also reflects his disciplined and determined approach to both personal and professional endeavors.
