Currently, I serve as the Country HR Director for KSA at Richemont, one of the world's leading luxury goods groups, featuring prestigious brands such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, and Montblanc.
I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging people experience, fostering a culture of high performance and integrity, and developing talent for the future. I have a proven track record in building and leading HR functions and teams from the ground up, overseeing an HR organization for a workforce of over 10,000 employees, and enhancing retention, engagement, and performance.
My extensive experience includes designing and implementing HR policies and processes, managing business ethics and compliance initiatives, and driving organizational development and change. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Aviation - Air Transport Management and Aerospace Engineering, a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, and am a certified HR expert and consultant.
