I am a founder of the healthtech companies [P]rehab & Prehab Physical Therapy as well as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
[P]rehab is a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy and Strength & Certified Specialists that are redefining how physical therapy is accessed so people can take a proactive approach to their health. With over 2.2M million fans across social media and over 60k happy direct-pay users, [P]rehab is redefining how physical therapy education and programming can be delivered to the masses by utilizing technology to solve the rampant problems that we face in healthcare today. We teach people how to use the same reactive strategies that we use with patients in the clinic, and apply those concepts in a proactive manner to decrease the risk of injury - a concept better known as prehab or preventative rehab. Our mission is to empower individuals worldwide to take control of their health with cutting-edge, accessible digital solutions.
